Pottorff takes excellent care of their employees. I am a licensed professional counselor in Fort Worth who was called upon to complete a Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) following an accident last winter that several employees witnessed. The employees were offered follow up care with counseling sessions, if that was needed. The interactions between upper level management and factory workers made it clear to me that Pottorff offers a work environment of excellence and care. It's wonderful to see a company care who esteems their employees in such a vital way.

Looked like a decent place to work. First view felt like a family type environment. Just wish more professional. If you tell a person you interviewed that you will make a decision within a week and won’t leave them hanging… stick to what you said. Clearly a person is interested when they text you immediately they have a new phone number, call to make sure you received the new phone number, messages for a follow up if they picked a candidate. Absolutely nothing. Safe to say after the week and today.. I didn’t get the job.. it just would have been nice to know and not left “hanging”.

Every man for them self....only had one incident as a temp worker...and was told not to return the next day which was cool since I already had another job in place..not sure if it has any thing to do with color but I can count on my had how many of my race works here...more Spanish people then anything I only met one nice supervisor through out the three weeks I was there.. no type of training no go leads just people walking around as leads with there hand in their pocket telling you to get to work..
