Before hiring this attorney BEWARE: attached is a screenshot of me telling this attorney that we would not accept a plea agreement. Despite being texted and told multiple times before the first preliminary hearing that no plea agreement would be accepted- this guy had the audacity to still have a plea agreement drafted on my son's behalf. After this, even after being paid in full, he rescheduled 3 total hearings without notifying us, and failed to show up for a bond hearing. When the bond hearing finally happened he lied on my son's behalf and told the judge he had worked a deal out with my son but then my son changed his mind. This guy lied to us every step of the way and couldn't even get my son out of jail on petty misdemeanors that don't even carry jail time. Very unprofessional. It almost seemed like the guy had no idea what he was doing.

Attorney Ricciuti was the gentleman to handle my case! He was absolutely amazing! I'm an so grateful I had him on side to walk me through the very confusing and stressful legal process. I was also very comforting to see how everyone from the police all the way to the judges knew and respected him so much. Thank you Mr Randy Ricciuti for all you have done for me!
