Took a Chromebook that died 3 months out of warranty to these guys for diagnosis and a repair estimate. It was diagnosed within a few days, and they would have repaired but there was no schematic available to work from. Choices became a motherboard replacement or a new Chromebook, so we ultimately did not get it repaired. However, they supported us with information and photos throughout to enable an insurance claim and were always friendly and extremely helpful. Very happy to recommend them for PC repairs!

10/10 service! These guys know what they’re doing! I brought in a late model (90’s) pc we picked up at an estate sale. PC Whoop was able to clean it up, add a hard drive and return it to me within days! The owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond!
