This is the ghetto clinic The doctors do not know what they are doing. The staff will put you on hold They go on lunch break for two hours. They are just very unprofessional and I highly suggest go anywhere else
My kids have been going here since being a baby they are now 10,12 and 14 I love this place and the people in it I have no problems other then getting them to answer the phone
As much as I love Sharon Campbell, I am choosing to go back to Grady. She's wonderful and skilled so this is NOT about her, it's about procedures at the Abernathy location. I am one who believes in an established appointment that is discouraged here. They push for walk ins so, ultimately, you're sitting for an hour. The staff communication is non existent. The phones are sometimes answered. There's little knowledge on requests such as the difference between a lab and a test. My health is extremely important to me and I need competent medical professionals. Dr. Campbell is the only one who seems to know what is going on. I've never seen the other doctor so I have no opinion about him.
