Justin HurstSo I had issues with this company, attempting to charge me for services I never used. I made a previous 1star review about them, which you can find below. So in retaliation of my review, a nice Lady with a broken marriage decided to make a false review of my company, pictures below. I threatened to sue them and they ceased the payments. Yet they did this..... Beware of tit for tat, childishness if you have any problems with these people. We've still never used their services, ever.
Elite OTI emailed a cancellation notice back in April. Instead of cancelling my account, they sent me a separate email (that I missed) stating that I needed to send my cancellation to a different email address. Assuming that my account had been cancelled, I failed to notice that they continued to charge me for the next 6 months. When I finally noticed it, I requested a retroactive refund (minus a 30-day notice charge) and as of this writing have not yet received one. Update - the incredibly rude employee who replied to my review is claiming my cancellation came from an unknown email. Yet it's the same email that was used for all previous correspondence and has the same domain as my company website. They seem desperate for cash as I'm not the only one who has had an experience like this. Read the other reviews. Where there's smoke, there's fire.
