Just shared our 1st year anniversary and have spent much time reflecting and reminiscing over the past year. From start to finish Peachy Keen Events was an absolutely joy to work with. They were crucial in helping to make our day everything we had dreamed of. Mandy was kind and accommodating from day one. Working with her leading up to the wedding was smooth and they day of turned out EXACTLY how had hoped it would. Our day would not have been the same without them and the wonderful items we rented through them. To see my vision come true on that day was a feeling I can’t quite describe and it Peachy Keen had a HUGE part in that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I wish we could go back and relive that day again and again!

I had mixed feelings about my experience with Peachy Keen, particularly when it came to working with Mandy. On the positive side, their inventory is extensive. I loved everything they brought and it was perfectly suited to our vision. I really appreciated the quality and style of their pieces. However, the communication throughout the planning process left a lot to be desired. After I signed the contract and paid, I often felt like a low priority. It would sometimes take months to get a response unless I followed up multiple times and expressed my frustration. Although they initially offered to help source additional rentals (like cutlery and plates), that support eventually dropped off, and I ended up having to handle it myself out of fear my items would be rented by someone else. I was right, and had to choose different tables for my reception. All meetings or check-ins were initiated by me and I didn’t feel like there was much proactive communication on their end. On the day of the wedding, Mandy didn’t show up and instead sent two team members I had never met. While they were professional and did a great job, I wish I had been informed in advance. They weren’t familiar with our setup plan, so my mom had to step in and coordinate a lot of the styling. In the end, everything looked beautiful, but it would have been great if my mom could have simply enjoyed the day like we planned instead of managing logistics. Overall, while the final result was beautiful, I think better communication and clarity around day-of execution would have made a big difference for me. It truly added a lot of unnecessary stress, which felt particularly unfair considering I paid them to handle it. I hope that instead of being defensive or ignoring this review, Mandy takes this to heart and tries to make changes for future brides.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Peachy Keen and the incredible Mandy! We hired them for our wedding decor in May 2021, and they turned what could have been a stressful situation into a dream come true. After our original destination wedding plans were derailed by COVID, we needed to pivot quickly, and Peachy Keen was our saving grace. Mandy was a joy to work with—her personable nature and genuine enthusiasm made the whole process so smooth. She went above and beyond, even accommodating our wedding date when it was outside their typical season. The pricing was fantastic, and the attention to detail in their work was impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend Peachy Keen for any event and will definitely turn to them again for future celebrations!
