I engaged Peak Bulders to renovate my master bathroom, This is a well run business and my initial contact was with Ron and Karine who worked together to that ensure all details involving, costs, time lines, payments and the construction process were clearly communicated. Karine regularly checked in with me to see how the project was progressing and was great in communicating in a timely manner and in offering design suggestions. Jacob was my project manager and he managed all of the construction technical details. He kept the project moving and was always available to answer all of my many material and construction process questions. I am extremely happy with my new bathroom!

I had the kitchen and hallway floors switched over to tile and added mini splits to the house, and I’m so happy I did. Jacob handled the whole thing, and it made everything so much easier. The tile makes the space feel cleaner and brighter, and the mini splits have been a total game changer — the house finally stays comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing. The whole process was smooth and way less stressful than I expected. Jacob explained everything clearly, Ron helped with planning and material lists, and it all came together exactly how I pictured it. It honestly feels like a whole new place now, and I love coming home to it.

We're very happy with Peak Builders and their work on our home. Ron, who oversaw the larger planning, and Jacob, who did the onsite supervision, were both great: communicative, prompt, wonderfully friendly, listening and responsive. Couldn't ask for anything more from contractors. And those who did the work were skilled, efficient, and cleaned up well. The project -- which involved adding some skylights and redoing a bathroom in an 1896 home -- was not on the surface of it overly complicated; but the old house posed challenges, not always immediately evident. Ron and Jacob worked with a structural engineer along the way, and made sure discovered challenges were responsibly addressed, and kept us informed at every step. The work was nicely and sensitively done, within the estimated timeframe. When there were small issues that came up, they were quickly dealt with. These are great professionals, but also warm persons. We are most satisfied. Well done!

I had my apartment in Denver remodeled right before moving here for my new job, and I’m honestly so glad it was done. Walking into a space that feels clean, updated, and comfortable made a huge difference during such a big transition. The bathroom especially turned out great — the tile work looks really well done and gives the whole place a more modern feel. The work was finished before the date we agreed on in the contract, which was such a relief, and the cleaning crew did an amazing job — the apartment was spotless when it was done. Moving is already stressful enough, and having everything wrapped up early and clean made it so much easier. I’m really happy with how it all turned out.
