Brodie is really good at what he does. The communication is great and how thorough he is along with all the tools and resources he uses is great. The fact he actually checks in and tracks is amazing. The help he gave was great that in the short time I worked with him I lost around 40lbs in 10 weeks without starving as he gave great information and tips on meal plans and portions. He also provided me with workouts that also catered to ailments and health issues and that worked with pressing timelines that were not super taxing or having to pay tremendous amounts of money to have access or buy fancy equipment and getting to use the stuff I had. I highly recommend this service as it is so beneficial and he is actually there to help all of the way through. You will get results from his programs as he will work with you and your goals.
