Smooth service from booking to completion. Brenton helped me remove some stubborn screens and provided some tips. Almost the whole house done in 2 hours. One piece of feedback would be to reduce communication/notification a bit but some people would appreciate this and created a good record of service.

He rushes through. No attention to details. Very poor quality. Sprayed everything with a bleach and rinsed it off. Soft siding washing went from bad to worse. He had to come back 2 times. He used some chemicals that ruined color of the siding on one of the walls. The whole wall is covered in streaks now. He takes no responsibility for his poor quality work.The worst part that he just stopped answering texts. Very unprofessional. There was no damage to the siding except the damage you caused. You need to actually read the instruction before you use chemicals. I had to do the inspection after your damage. This is the inspection report :  "the original cleaner used far too concentrated of a mix, combined with letting it dry and not pre-wetting the surface before application. This is most likely the reason that it left the lines on the siding. This is a common error, and why one should always do a small "test spot" in order to see how it will affect the paint / siding" Read the report. You caused the damage to the siding. I never asked for any "restoration". It is a newer house. All I asked for was just a good rinse and clean siding. Sadly you do not even stand behind your service. Very disappointing. You have never even came to see the damage that you caused. As I said before - No attention to details, negligence and all sort of excuses ( like wind, sun and color of the siding). If you had done a good job to begin with, you would never had to come back!
