Tim HeimbachI’m not usually one for writing reviews but I feel this one is necessary. A few months ago I was parked in an alleyway in Phoenix and one of the peddler’s son’s trucks side swiped my truck and busted my taillight. I contacted them and sent them the security camera footage. At first, I was in communication with Shannon Hughes and she was somewhat helpful. Then she pasted me on to Gilbert Sanchez. I gave them all the information they asked for. As soon as I thought this was about to be resolved they both completely ghosted me. I’ve called multiple times to find out what’s going on and am always told the same thing “he/she is not in right now”. I’ve emailed Gilbert numerous times to find out the status of this issue and he is completely ignoring me. This company does not take accountability for their actions and is extremely unprofessional.
Anthony McclainVery tight space for for truck..Gone have to go around block to back in unless you want to blindside back up..I got there at 6am..finished by 9,i only had 5 pallets...Car gone be everywhere do beware..
