Gary McBrideI bought a Tomberlin cart from the previous owner and had a warranty issue that he assured me that he would handle in the spring when I returned from Florida. At this point my cart would be out of warranty. I trusted this would happen easily. I called in the spring and found out he had sold the business to Rob. I expected to have difficulty, since he had little obligation to help me. I was pleasantly surprised how great Rob was to work with. He helped coordinate everything with Tomberlin and get my cart back up and running correctly. This is truly the way everyone should treat customers, but it seems rare these days. I can’t recommend Rob and Tiremax enough. I’m sure he’ll have a long successful career. I’m a long time customer of his. Thanks to Tiremax and Rob
Stephen Montalbano (Wolfie)Place used to be on point and they still are good with advice and parts. They service by appointment only now and I've tried for two weeks (so far) with not even a return call back to schedule. I've got two non functioning vehicles and without at least one running I can't receive the cancer and radiation treatments doctors prescribed. My concerns fell on deaf ears when they were called originally and was only told they were "behind". Faithful customer and bought two vehicles from them plus countless parts, unfortunately without at least a call back to schedule service I don't know if I should try a different dealer or wait them out. New addition to the previous review... Took my Kymco Agility 50 in for repairs (finally). Received an estimate of $600 so gave them the entire sum as a deposit to do that work. $1200 later with subsequent cash deposits I was returned the scooter in a non running state. It broke down TWICE within the first couple miles. Naturally TireMax was not willing to make good on their repairs. One of their previous mechanics had opened their own shop and I had them assess the work and compare it to the invoice. Instead of using the Kymco parts I was billed for, they used inferior substandard generic parts and even removed parts and replaced with parts labeled as "for testing only". One HUGE scam. I've bought two scooters from them and they apparently cannot provide service at any price. Kymco scooter originally cost $1800 brand new. Regular maintenance performed but add another $1200 for incompetent repairs makes it $3000 for a non running bike. AVOID returning for any type service at TireMax. Props to MR Powersports on Meadowbridge Rd for precise and thorough diagnosis with GREAT service. You might possibly get a deal through TireMax but they cannot service what they sell. NOT PROFESSIONAL after the sale. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

They were there for me with any questions I had. When I needed service it was easy and efficient. Rob and his team are amazing. If you are looking for a golf cart or any of there offerings I would highly suggest them.
