This company is irresponsible, and you should be very careful with them because apparently, they don't have insurance for any situation that may happen on the road. This review is addressed to its drivers and managers. Recently, one of their drivers hit my car. I was driving my vehicle on the 30 Expressway in Dallas, TX, stuck in traffic as usual, and my car was completely stopped. At that moment, one of their trucks, while trying to climb a hill, lost its brakes and started rolling backward, hitting my vehicle. After the incident, the driver decided to flee the scene. I managed to take photos of the vehicle and noticed that it was a heavy-duty truck belonging to this company. I decided to follow him until the truck stopped on the right side of the road. Once stopped, the driver got out and tried to intimidate me, claiming that the incident was my fault for being behind him. He warned me that if I called the police, I would be the one at fault because I was behind the truck. The driver refused to provide me with any insurance-related documents. Due to the intimidation I experienced, I decided to retreat to my vehicle and tried to contact them to explain the situation and get their insurance information, as I have proof that it was their truck. I received a call from them asking for my information but refusing to provide any insurance details. They don't want to respond. This means that maybe their trucks are driving around without insurance. Be careful and don't use them.

This is hands down the worst logistics company out there. Not only did their driver have a damaged trailer (see photo), but he also took my ladder without my knowledge or permission and attempted to tape the HOLE IN THE TRAILER. Of course, during the cross-country move, all of my possessions in the trailer got water damage. I have now gone back and forth with them over the past two months trying to recover over $10,000 in damages, only to be offered 1/10th of that. All while claiming "what's happened has happened, and I feel bad for that." as if that may somehow make it better. BE WARNED: NEVER, EVER, USE DYNAMICPRO LOGISTICS.

I can not say enough good things about this company! We have used them to support our clients all over the country. Our shipments require a lot of coordination make sure the labor to offload is there the same time as the truck and that all the items are exactly as we packed them. They have never let us down. If a transporter shows up and does not have what they are contracted to have to make my shipment run smoothly, Eric gets on the phone and gets it taken care of right away! I am constantly updated so I know where the truck is and I can keep the crews on the other end updated! Thank you Eric and all the team at Dynamic!
