I am posting this review to share how happy I am with the entire experience I have had with Pelican Electrical and highly recommend their services. My project consisted of adding recessed lighting to a few rooms in my home, updating switches/outlets and adding outdoor lighting fixtures. I initially called Pelican Electrical based on their impressive projects/portfolio reflected on their website. From the initial stages of the project, Rae Sanders (President), Charlie (General Manager) took their time with me to understand my goals for the project, provide guidance on the recessed lighting design/layout and explained every step of the process to me. In addition, Justin (Installation Team Lead) and the installation team were very receptive to any questions I had during the installation. The entire team at Pelican were all very professional and completely focused on ensuring that I had a great customer experience. The results of the project were amazing – I am extremely happy with the final product/install, the excellent customer service, and the project cost came in less than the original quote “under budget” which was wonderful.
