I had my daughter’s 10th birthday party here with 5 of her friends and they had mini manicures and mini facials - all age appropriate and with gentle products. They had THE BEST time, truly a memorable experience for all. The staff were amazing and even played age appropriate music for the girls to enjoy. I can’t recommend this place enough. And moms can enjoy top notch treatments as well!!

The first time I’ve ever been to a huge salon and first time ever having a massage. I 1000% recommend Pelo West to anyone. From being smiled to and greeted when we first got out of the elevator, the whole experience has been nothing but exceptional. We were given free Champaign and was not rushed in any means. The massage was absolutely exhilarating. Thank you for having such an amazing staff! I will be back!

I had the Pelo Signature Facial with LED Light Therapy and it was absolutely amazing! Kirsten was incredibly gentle and made the experience so relaxing and rejuvenating. Nema and McKenna at the front desk were so welcoming and kind—such a great vibe from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere at Pelo West, located in the Galt Hotel, is so serene and inviting. I left feeling refreshed and glowing!

I was brought here for a birthday suprise. We had a couples massage 50min. Everyone was very nice and professional. It was definitely very relaxing. We arrived early we were sat in the waiting area we were offered bourbon champagne or water, while we waited. Once taken to our room asked questions about issues we were having, they were very professional and very nice. They definitely hit all my issues I was having! Also got to sit in the red light sauna, very relaxing! I would definitely return for another visit.
