PaulMy experience of the Wessex road shop. Had a sliced loaf and chelsea bun, both were a disaster. Wasn't until I got home I knew what I was sold. I did get a refund from the Quedam shop though. I was a regular customer but decided to use another bakery.
Owen TownerCake box has been local to me since I was 4 years old. Great to see they have expanded into the town centre, but I still love my little local on wessex road, now visit with my daughter, as does my partner and we love grabbing our favourite sweet treats every now and then. Great to see they now do bacon sarnies again, they are fantastic and dont skimp out on the bacon, a great Friday treat after work. If they ever stop doing mint Australian crunch I will be lost! Bit slimmer possibly though.
ChristinaThey have an amazing variety of cupcakes which is a must try. We ordered some of the cupcakes and they were soft and super yumm. Totally loved the taste. The packaging was also cute. And each of them tasted different. Very good quality cakes. Highly recommended.

We used for our wedding evening by filling a doughnut wall with 300 different flavour ring doughnuts that were delivered by Cake Box the morning of our wedding, from their service to their bakes they are amazing! The doughnuts looked awesome and tasted delicious!! All our guests were asking where they were from and we recommend you constantly! We can’t wait to visit the shop for a treat!!
