Pence Northwest was amazing to work with! They helped one of our borrowers rebuild their home, and throughout the course of construction they were attentive, kind, and professional! I worked mainly with Sierra Belknap, who is an absolute rock star! Her prompt communication style and professional demeanor made our time working together extremely easy going and she was very considerate regarding both company's policies and procedures. Hands down one of the best contractors I've ever worked with! 10/10, no notes.

There are so many good things to say about Pence Northwest Construction! Highly skilled, super efficient, beautiful quality work and very friendly! Brent Pence, the owner and project manager, was so patient with any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to really want to make us happy! His team of workers were so quick, it was wonderful! We had a 180' retaining wall and fence put in. The project involved 2 of my neighbors as well and Pence Northwest Construction was able to make all three houses happy... no easy feat! They worked in the cold and rain of December and January quickly until it was finished. The end product is beautiful! I love, love, love it! Thank you Brent, Austin and crew! We will definitely use you again!
