I’ve known Sheida for a few years now and I can honestly say I completely trust her work. Once in between, I tried another salon and was very disappointed with both the service and the attitude. After that, I kept asking around North Vancouver whenever I saw someone with beautiful hair, “Who does your hair?” and every time the answer was the same: Sheida Hair & Beauty Salon (Penelope Beauty Lounge). Two weeks ago, Nazi did my highlights exactly the way I wanted, and today Sheida herself spent hours patiently and carefully doing my formaldehyde-free keratin treatment. I couldn’t be happier with the result! But beyond their amazing skills, what really matters to me is people’s attitude and kindness. Everyone at this salon is not only professional and friendly, but also genuinely caring. They go out of their way to help... even in things that may not directly be their job, always with a pure heart and good intention. With the trust and positive experience I’ve built here, I’ve decided I won’t be changing my salon in this city. I had my hair done today and I’m absolutely in love with the result! I got a fresh cut, color, highlights, and a blow-dry — and the transformation is amazing.
