Penn Contractors did an amazing job renovating our pool building. The people that work there are so kind, polite and professional. The carpenters did excellent work. Penn Contractors installed three Pella replacement windows at our house. Their carpenters were very professional and provided excellent workmanship. We are pleased with their work, as we have been for other projects they completed at our house.

The Penn of old is gone. We had the pleasure of working with Penn Contractors in 2018 and 2021 with fantastic results. What we loved most was communication was always excellent. Unfortunately when we attempted to work with them again this year the opposite was true. We submitted a project request and no one called back. When I called to follow up we were told to schedule an appointment which would be two months out. Two months later we received a quote. We said we wanted to move forward with some small revisions and communication dropped completely. Emails and phone calls not returned including directly contacting the owner, Bruce. Ultimately we moved on with some one else after over 6 months of frustration and wasted time.
