During the inspection with Greg, he again explained what to expect and what the issues are. And they provided the letter in time as expected, they delivered as they promised. Ryan TiffanyDo not trust this company! I set up an appointment for my fire escape steps to be looked at so I would know what to fix to be up to code for my township. Brad sounded like he knew exactly what I needed and was very helpful over the phone. Brad Sent out one of his engineers by the name of Greg Baker. Greg looked over my steps and told me what I needed to do for him to feel comfortable to send my township the necessary documents to pass my steps. I paid $685 cash for this service. I Received no emails from Greg stating the repairs needed like he said he was going to send me, Not to mention, Greg was only there for a total of 15 minutes and got paid this amount of money. Since then, I have fixed the steps to Greg’s standards. This is where the problem really starts, I had Greg there on 12th of July. I completed the steps and all its repairs by the 16th. That Day I started calling to schedule another appointment. I have not heard from Brad once to date after countless calls and left messages and an email sent as well… Brad, I’d like my 685 dollars back or make it right.
Josh AWill cost you many THOUSANDS - I hired Penn Valley Engineering to inspect the fire stair on my property. They filed their report and estimated the work will cost over $8k. I hired a second firm to evaluate Penn Valley's reports, and the second firm determined Penn Valley grossly overstated the work required. I recommend you NOT hire Penn Valley to inspect your fire stair; there are many engineering firms in Philadelphia that will more accurately evaluate your structure. Finally, their administrator is terse and he could demonstrate better customer service.
