My overall experience as a potential new patient was very positive from the very first interaction on the phone to the in-person consultation. There was clear communication and transparency with all of the questions I asked; the staff answered in a very compassionate manner. They showed genuine care by following up whether it was through a text, a call, or email. And being in the medical field I know that educating the patient by making sure they understand the recommended treatment plan will help them feel safe and able to trust. Also, the atmosphere and environment of the office was clean and up to date. I can't say that for many dental offices that I have been to thus far.

From the moment I stepped into the office to the moment I left, I was treated with kindness, consideration for my comfort & my understanding of every step along/throughout the “process”, as well as the immediate direction of treatment until further information is gathered. Always with a smile & reassurance that I needn’t worry about feeling nervous or about asking whatever questions I might have, it was as positive & comfortable an experience as possible for a visit to the dentist! They all really know how to take the anxiety, (at least most of it!), out of a potentially anxiety-filled appointment/experience!

Dr. Han is Awesome!! The entire staff was Awesome!! Everyone is so Friendly and professional. I had an old porcelain veneer break on my front big tooth 10.00 at night . Dr. Han and her team scheduled me to come in the following morning and got right to work on my tooth. Dr.Han and her assistant Alex explained the procedure in detail and I was impressed!! I felt totally relaxed the entire time. My tooth was a perfect match !! Success!!! Dr. Han and her team really love what they do . They were just as excited as I was when they finished. I will recommend all my friends and family to Dr Han and her team!! I couldn’t be happier!!!!
