I was discharged back in June after a year and a half of therapy. In that year and a half I had five different therapists. They can't keep anyone employed. I tried going back today. When I got there, they told me the therapist had an emergency and I would have to reschedule. Ok, hope things are good. But, why didn't anyone call me before I wasted my time to go? I only went back because they take my insurance. I'm done. I'll look for somewhere else. 125 south 5th is a joke.

They do not care and like to lie . Do not fall for there manipulation tactics. If you are not comfortable with something you should not be forced to do it there are plenty of other companies that will care about your mental health and take it seriously

I was attending group and another group member was gay bashing me. I told my p o who spoke to the group therapist and originally they were apologetic about it but the next day they basically said it was my fault anyway and today they basically said I had to come in for a meeting and let them justify the gay bashing, on Valentine’s Day. I asked if we could do it another day and they said that was the only day they were in, which is a lie. If I were to attend this meeting I would not be able to see my fiancé for Valentine’s Day, which is not acceptable. I would recommend that if you are anything other than a straight cisgender person you look elsewhere for help.

My son was scheduled an appt here by Tower Health Inpatient. The day of his appt we show up and I am told Natalie left sick for the day and called and left a vmail. I advised I had no missed calls and no voicemail. The next day I call to reschedule and ask for an appt at Wyo office. I am told Natalie called and didnt leave a mesage because vmail told her dont. My voicemail states i have brain damage and chronic ptsd and to please contact me in writing by texting, emailing, or faxing. I received nothing. Amyway, I am told there is no appts. Doesn't ask for what month or date we need. Just states no appts. I ask for another location and he states the next closest are Lebanon and Lancaster. He states he has an appt in Reading for next week. I ask him for the next location with appts and he states Pottsville and asked I would rather travel to Pottsville than come to Reading. Once he stated an appt for med mgmt with a psychiatrist depends on how busy they are. 😐 I decided I'm not going back at any location. I am very disappointed to see no response to a mentally handicapped person's request to alert in writing an appt has been canceled for the day, so we didn't waste our time going to appt. Especially, knowing he was coming from inpatient 2 weeks ago and needed services. I didn't get a good vibe or a welcoming vibe when we arrived to building. Inside you must follow signs down a hall to go to reception and waiting area that feels empty and soulless. Not welcoming. I would not recommend if you are big on energy and have a disability requiring accommodations.
