When I walked in one of the receptionist was taking a personal call on the work phone I could hear her conversation, she looked up and saw me and started to complain about "all these people keep walking in" and her being sick of it. I stood there for a little until she told the person on the other line she would call them back then she finally called me over It was also, sad to see how this lady talked to other patients especially the older patients. I thought I would have better luck asking the other receptionist for help. Wrong! She was extremely rude as well. As a service member and someone in healthcare, this was a jaw dropping experience. She printed out a paper to show me and told me my insurance was not active, even though it is. Even the doctor doubled down and told me it's my insurance's fault. I pulled up the portal to show them that it's active and I pointed out that she used the wrong Group number/code. She refused to run my insurance using the correct number/code and said it doesn't matter. No one in the office wanted to look at my active coverage on the portal or acknowledge that she ran my insurance incorrectly.

Always a great experience with this office and the professionals here. From the front desk to the exam room. Gentle, caring providers, clean modern facility and a little grace if the bus is a few minutes behind. Always a pleasure to been seen here!

I strongly advise against this practice. Many others have already shared their disappointment, and I feel compelled to add my own experience. Unfortunately, I found the behavior at this practice—particularly from the front desk staff, Janay Wilson—to be unprofessional and disrespectful. To preempt any claims that I cannot be found in your records, I can provide a screenshot and insurance documentation to show how I was overcharged due to mistakes made by the front desk staff.
