Laura BennettDental work is ok but the admin at this practice is terrible. I stopped using this dentist 3 years ago when they cancelled my appointment, said they would add me to the waitlist since their next appointment was 6 months away, and proceeded to never call. Fast forward to yesterday when they sent me a bill for an xray that my insurance didn’t fully cover from 3 YEARS AGO. This was the first bill they had ever sent me regarding this xray and all the bill said was “balance forward” - no appointment date or any billing code, which required me to physically go to this practice to try to figure out why I was receiving a bill so long after the fact. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

David GabelI really liked my dentist and my hygienist. They were very personable and did not rush. There were several things that should have gone much better. The office immediately set me up to do an x ray first , without checking to see if insurance would cover it. But I had already sent x rays to the office and insurance would not cover another set. I knew to decline the x rays, and the office still billed me for the x rays even though I did not get them. But had I not known, I would have been charged 1000+ dollars for a full set of X-rays I did not need. That’s very shady and irresponsible. The doctor said I had two cavities without looking at an x ray and did not make it clear which teeth it was. He wanted to fill the cavity right away without x ray evidence. And do not explain why they thought it was a cavity. At the office the front desk was totally fine, but front office correspondence is basically non existent. They do not respond to email.
