Pension Belle Nuit Enr

We were vacationing not far from the kennel, we had called about a month before we arrived and made some reservations for their services for 3 separate days during our vacation, the owner was very friendly, and all of her workers were also friendly, you could tell the atmosphere of them loving their jobs. Clean and organized environment, our toy poodle was well taken care of for the days she was there. Our dog really loved the owner, she rarely goes to strangers, on the second visit that we dropped her off, she went right to the owner upon arrival. I highly recommend this place for your pet services if you are vacationing in the area. I will definitely use their services again when we come back in Levis area! Great job to all the staff! Edit : our cats picked up kennel cough while here , and now they said our cats can't go back there unless we pay a crazy amount for a private room. I guess this is how it is but quite something that you get banned from a place because of a disease they caught at the place banning you!! Luckily we found another good kennel but this was annoying. Still happy with the overall experience when we were allowed to bring our animals. Very professional and caring staff. They really love what they do and we can leave knowing our pet is in good hands. I've used other kennels in the past where the animals are given bare minimum and have a very understimulating time. At belle nuit they give personalized time to the animals and ensure their needs are met. Highly recommended.

Bringing my dog to stay over the weekend, so that she gets the sense of security, because when I go on vacation, she'll be staying with these wonderful people.
