Would give a zero if I could. They want to fight over a $50 stop off when they should have known where the load delivered before it was picked up. Went to the address on the RC because that is what we are contracted to do and then they want to argue about a stop off fee... when you were more than happy to take it where it needed to be. Sad they would rather lose a good carrier that could be consistant over $50. Not to mention even though you email everything over they still want to ask you 50 times for info you already sent. Really worried about the future of this company if a $50 is going to put them in a bind.

Called on three different loads, asked for the person listed on each but they are never available so not sure if they even exist. They can read a script but I dont think they know trucking, one confirmed 48K weight on a stepdeck. Rates on roofing products are way too cheap. Just seemed like a scam from start to finish of each call.
