Unorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn't give them a star but couldn't leave a review without giving one. 7/30 (Tuesday) I made it the friendship house at about 11:55 and I was told the pantry was getting ready to close so they weren't able to provide food for me and my family and others waiting, I was told to come back 7/31 (Wednesday) at 9am , when I arrived this morning there was sign on the door saying food pantry close, I noticed a homeless man standing outside and he informed me and my family that the food pantry was only open for 20 minutes and they had closed it . Imagine walking in the rain with children and making it there just for someone to tell you they were only open for 20 minutes. Better communication is what's needed when you're dealing with citizens or just anyone because it's unfortunate that my experience was horrible.

A couple years ago (2016) the Friendship House was Great!! They helped me pay a deposit on my apartment a pay first months rent. This year (2018) all you get are recordings and NO ONE returns your calls! I had to move out of my apartment and almost became homeless. I finally found a place to stay!!
