mike dutchSo we went here because we had never been to a Michelin star restaurant. Figure ya gotta do it at least once. We also went with the cocktail pairing. It was a fun experience. They explain all of the food and what the process was to make it and the same for the drinks. It was really a good experience and I'm glad we went. But I don't think I'll ever spend almost 900 dollars on dinner again .

A warm and relaxed atmosphere around an oven that creates the assortment of dishes. You can relax and just enjoy each dish that comes your way. Yvonne ShiehHad a wonderful time celebrating at BRUTO last night. All the dishes were wildly creative and inventive, quite unlike any I’ve ever tried! I appreciated the nod to sustainability, where they transformed leftover aspects from certain dishes and incorporated them into other dishes. I found all the bites very well balanced in terms of flavors and complementary textures. My favorite savory dish was the bison atop the fried rice paper and my favorite sweet dish just absolutely had to be the ice cream with strawberry and chili. Drinks were very tasty and unique as well, not to be overlooked. Our server did such a wonderful job looking after us and explaining each dish. Would definitely recommend checking this place out!
