Highly irresponsible Staff - no service and courtesy , no response once you place the order , they do not believe in service and neither do they respect the customers . They are only concerned till you place the order. They do not even care if the customer is dissatisfied due to their own errors and miscommunication. I will never recommend their instore purchase from the store

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Pepperfry. I ordered a set of four dining chairs and paid the full amount upfront. However, only three chairs were delivered, and despite numerous calls and emails, the company has failed to deliver the missing chair or offer a reasonable solution. Instead of resolving the issue, I’ve been pressured to accept a partial refund and reorder the chair myself, which is not a fair or practical solution. As a customer, I expect reliability and accountability, but this experience has been frustrating and stressful. I feel let down and exhausted by Pepperfry’s lack of support and commitment to fulfilling my order. I would not recommend purchasing from Pepperfry if you expect reliable service and proper resolution of issues.

I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed by their customer service.From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. They took the time to understand my needs, offered thoughtful suggestions and answered all my questions with patience.
