My child’s mother—who has a documented history of "therapist shopping" through at least ten other professionals in a search for one who would validate her narrative—finally found a willing and catastrophically negligent partner in Ms. Muller. Without a single phone call or email to me, the father with shared legal custody, Ms. Muller accepted one side of a toxic story. She then authored a defamatory letter to the court that directly contradicted a judge's order, calling me a "reported abuser" and recommending my court-ordered time would be "detrimental" to my child. This letter was no small error. It was the weapon my ex used in a malicious, last-ditch attempt to defy a court order granting me custody time. The "sudden crisis" that Ms. Muller legitimized was a pre-meditated act of retaliation for a court loss five days prior. The incompetence is staggering: A Complete Failure of Due Diligence: Ms. Muller had no idea that my daughter has her own court-appointed attorney, a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), whose objective reports irrefutably contradict the mother's claims. I’ve rewritten this review several times because it feels impossible to put into words just how amazing Mark is and how much he’s helped me. And the craziest thing about it is I’ve only been seeing him for about a month and a half. He has that indescribable quality where you feel like you can trust him with anything even if you have no evidence to back that up. He radiates compassion in the most real, honest way. And he’s just so fricken good at putting how/what I’m feeling into words, which is so helpful for my anxious brain that struggles to piece my jumbled thoughts together into sentences. They continued to take copays from me and told me that my insurance wasn’t active then said that I has to pay a balance of $840. They are not a good place to go to. They have horrible communication and they do not take accountability for their mistakes.
