Perfect Dental Care

I usually don't write reviews. I have been going to All Smiles for a few years just going in for a cleaning every 6 months and have found them to be competent. Although they do "suggest" add on services. In this day and age everyone wants to do more business especially in NYC. I can not blame them for that. In general the office staff is excellent and professional. Last month a filling broke on a tooth that was cracked. The tooth was boarderline on needing a crown. Sometimes crowns can be hit or miss. I can not say enough about the work Dr. Sid did. He was meticulous and spent the time needed to save the tooth. In all I felt he was very caring and competent. I highly recommend Dr. Sid if you need work done.

It has been several years I was going there for regular cleanings, but here are 2 reasons why I, and my friends, will never go back there: -A year ago, they found a small cavity on one of my tooth and while they were doing the filling, they cracked my tooth. Then, the solution is a crown that I would pay full price of course. -A few months after, I went for a cleaning and they charged me for an extra exam, not covered by my insurance. When I asked why I had to pay for something they did not do, they just told me they charge it everytime, even when they don't do it, because they expect insurances to pay... I am not sure this is legal but they refused to cancel my balance. There are other good dentists in NY. Better go to another one that does not try to steal your money.

Monica is a great hygienist. She took the time to explain to me what areas I needed to work on and why. She also gave me a great cleaning! I think the hygienists at All Smiles are what really make it a great dentistry. Dr. Cosma is new to me but good so far. She did a teeth cleaning for me once which wasn't great. I'll leave the cleanings to the hygienists but as my dentist, she reviewed my teeth and explained clearly what needed work. I do love this Dentistry all around.
