As a current tenant at the silver spring perfect office location I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. From the moment I moved in and being taken care of managers like asalya and Beza I have had 0 problems with the community. That fact that the owner of the business is the one who answered my first call shows how invested they are in the business. Going from a barber in a rowdy shop in downtown silver spring to working to a quieter spot at perfect office has also had a big impact on my work. Allowing me more focus to my craft my income has increased and my productivity as well. 10/10 recommend to any business no matter what the field.

3-Star Review: The office space itself is great, but today I experienced an issue with tardiness. The office was supposed to open at 9 a.m., but it didn’t open on time, which was a bit frustrating. From what I’ve heard around the office, tardiness seems to be a recurring issue. If the opening time is going to change, it would be helpful to communicate that on the website. In addition, the attitudes of the staff could be a bit more professional. A little more courtesy and attention to detail would really improve the overall experience. The office has potential, but I believe timeliness and customer service should be a higher priority.
