In the beginning, when I was dealing with Mitch, I felt like this would be a good company. They were willing to work with my insurance company, etc. Once Parker took over as project manager, things quickly went downhill. He was condescending, rude, late, made excuses for poor quality work and damaged gutters, lied to me about the price, tried to bribe me into giving them a good review and now just under a year out, with our first big, heavy rain since the new roof IT'S LEAKING!!!!! Just save yourself the headache and use someone else. *** UPDATE 6/28 9pm: First, I would like to note that the leak was during the heavy rain only. There was no wind nor hail at that point. The time stamp on my photo will prove that. Secondly, I planned to, and did indeed call Monday. I let him know Wednesday (today) worked best and to give me a call or text when they were on the way so I could make sure I was home. NEVER heard from them. I'm not surprised with how things have gone to date, but still...

I had several shingles patches missing from a storm, not to mention hail damage. I put a call into Perfect Pitch after my adjuster came, not only got my missing shingles patched up quickly, they worked with my insurance company and adjuster to get my roof replaced. After I picked out my color scheme, we set up a future date to complete the project. The crew arrived on time and completed the work that day. Also did a nice job cleaning up after the job, and kept my landscaping from being trampled over! Easy to work with!

Perfect Pitch Roofing did a great job with our roof. We had hail damage, they worked well with out adjuster- cleaned up around the house after job was done. Easy to work with! Will definitely use again!

Perfect Pitch did a great job with replacing our roof on our house and small barn. Production manager, Joe, was very good to work with and saw the project through to completion. They did tear off and roof installation in one day. I would recommend PP to anyone that would like a quality roof job done.
