I recently returned from a 10-day Umrah trip, and I must say that my experience with Perfect Umrah was absolutely fantastic. We were a group of five, including my mother, who uses a wheelchair. From start to finish, our travel agent, Najam bhai, provided outstanding assistance—not only while we were in Pakistan but also throughout our stay in Saudi Arabia. I specifically availed hotel and road transport services through them, and everything was seamless. Our trip consisted of 9 nights—6 in Makkah (3 nights at Swissotel Makkah - Clock Tower and 3 nights at Anjam Hotel), and 3 nights in Medina at Emaar Elite. The road transport arrangements were exceptional. We opted for 7-seater cars for airport transfers, Makkah to Medina travel, and Ziyarat tours. The drivers were punctual, professional, and the rides were extremely comfortable—we did not face a single issue throughout the trip. If you’re planning for Umrah, I highly recommend Perfect Umrah and suggest asking for Mr. Najam. Their services are legitimate, reliable, and truly top-notch!
