I recently returned from a 10-day Umrah trip, and I must say that my experience with Perfect Umrah was absolutely fantastic. We were a group of five, including my mother, who uses a wheelchair. From start to finish, our travel agent, Najam bhai, provided outstanding assistance—not only while we were in Pakistan but also throughout our stay in Saudi Arabia. I specifically availed hotel and road transport services through them, and everything was seamless. Our trip consisted of 9 nights—6 in Makkah (3 nights at Swissotel Makkah - Clock Tower and 3 nights at Anjam Hotel), and 3 nights in Medina at Emaar Elite. All hotels were conveniently located near Haram, making access very easy. (For detailed hotel reviews, see the attached picture comparing different indicators.) The road transport arrangements were exceptional. We opted for 7-seater cars for airport transfers, Makkah to Medina travel, and Ziyarat tours. The drivers were punctual, professional, and the rides were extremely comfortable—we did not face a single issue throughout the trip. If you’re planning for Umrah, I highly recommend Perfect Umrah and suggest asking for Mr. Najam. Their services are legitimate, reliable, and truly top-notch!
