I made an order and after a FULL WEEK they cancelled because it's out of stock after they confirmed the order ! In their website they mention 2-4 working days which is not correct at all. You can only communicate with them via email, and they don't respond at all
I received my order in Ras Al Khaimah after 7 days of waiting. Communication is very poor with the website. Perfume is genuine and exactly what I wanted. Overall I am happy but it would be nice if there was online chat support or someone would at least answer the landline.
Trust worthy! Ordered Amouage sample vials on Tuesday and got delivered by Thursday just in 2 day. Although their UI order history may confuse, my order was shipped and delivered fast. Also the vials look legit.
