What a great gem amongst all the thousand computer shops in Dubai. My Synology NAS had some hard drive problems and my knowledgeable and efficient PNP tech Hithendra identified and fixed it quickly and with factory level precision. The replacement hard drive required was given to me at the same cost as B and H in New York, a very good price for the new and original Seagate parts. The service fee was far less than expected considering the long time spent servicing my Synology. If you have any need for Synology or QNap service in Dubai I highly encourage you to call PNP. The shop looks small but the service is big, fast, and professional. Hot tip for parking look in the small streets in the neighborhood behind the shop. It’s a short walk from there. There’s a bunch of construction in front of the store as of Jan 2023. EDITED TO ADD: Just bought from PNP a new HP Laser Printer and spare Toner here for an EXCELLENT price. Thanks to Hithendra, it was lowest price in town, cheaper than DG Sharaf or the other big stores. And he delivered it in perfect condition right to my house! As to my Synology NAS repair from January, It's now Feb 2023 and my Synology is working great after Hithendra's service. This is a shop that values you as a client and works hard to keep their high standards. What a great shop to have here in Dubai.
