I was mighty impressed by the personal service I received when ordering my yarn. Having seen the delightful array of colours, and chosen with care the one I wanted, found I couldn’t because there was not enough in stock. But within a few moments someone had clocked my attempted order and I was contacted to say that the colour I’d chosen would be created for me, and that I’d be notified as soon as it was ready - 4 days later it was on its way. It had also been noted that I’d not claimed my discount that I was entitled to and that too was resolved without asking….. I mean service or what! Restores your faith in humanity. And the yarn was lovely too.. big thank you.

Excellent service keeping me updated through the process. Both of the seacell kits and yarn look amazing and I can't decide which should be first on my needles. In fact, the Fields of Gold skein is so gorgeous that I just want to look at it. Stopping myself from adding more just now.
