Amina is great to work with. As result of the global IT outage in July 2024, my flight home from Chicago was disrupted. I needed to spend an extra night in the city and amidst the airport chaos, a simple text to Amina to compare two luxury hotels and arrange accommodations so I could focus on my flight changes was all that was needed to book my hotel. An hour later I was welcome at the hotel with an early check-in, room upgrade, resort credit and complimentary breakfast in my room prior to heading back to the airport for my flight home the next day.
