We’ve been using Native Pest Management for years and have always had a great experience. They come out regularly for bi-monthly outdoor service and are always responsive when we need interior treatments as well. Most recently, we had an issue with sugar ants in our bathrooms, and our technician Enrique was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He addressed the problem thoroughly and made sure all our questions were answered before he left. It’s reassuring to work with a company that’s consistently reliable and has knowledgeable technicians who truly care. This was my first treatment with Native Pest. Prior to this, Ivan Gonzalez, met with me and analyzed my lawn and shrubs and then explained what he saw with pictures he took and moisture levels of all areas around the house. Serafin and Peter came today to do my first treatment. Serafin was very thorough in telling me what he did and what to expect.
