These guys are cheaters. What others have mentioned below is absolutely correct. The technician claims the gel works wonders and you'll see changes in 7 days, but the cockroaches increased dramatically. After following up, she said the bill is mandatory. When I mentioned I might have lost it and shared the transaction details, they still didn’t bother to update it. So ultimately, there is no guarantee. 😔 The technician who came was also very lethargic and did a temporary job. You have to constantly follow up with them, or they will skip rooms and bathrooms

The service provided is extremely poor and solely focused on making money. After receiving the payment, they don’t even bother to follow up or communicate. As a customer, I have been trying to get updates for the past four weeks without any success. Additionally, I was charged 1500/-, but the bill issued was only for 1200/-. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a fraudulent practice!

Worst service . They will cheat people by saying gel works and it won’t work. Warranty not assured. Promised technician visit but last minute surprises . Charges very high. I am cheated by looking website reviews and their sales person assurance . EOD of the we are at their mercy even after paying.
