We have used Crusader Pest Control for around 33 years. Since the very beginning and through 3 houses they have been fabulous. Professional, friendly and most of all caring about whatever issues we have had. The newest generation of folks working for them - especially Jensen Espinosa - has been fantastic. He is always so accommodating, friendly, professional and does a great job! We have used Crusader Pest Control, now called Pest Force for over 25 years. We fully trust them with our pest control needs. Jeison Espinosa has been our service professional for many of those years. He is always on time, thorough, professional and polite at each visit. I do not submit many reviews but letting you know that you can trust Pest Force and especially Jeison was worth taking the time.
Really frustrated with this company. They scheduled me for a quarterly service, billed me, and never called or showed up. I called and explained what happened and they rescheduled me for another service but failed to call or show up again! I just want my money back at this point because apparently they’re never coming to spray my house. It’s also irritating that I have to keep calling to figure out what’s going on and not only are they unapologetic, they tell me they’re going to check their GPS records to make sure I’m telling the truth. This has been going on since May, the amount of bugs I’m seeing is proof they never came. Not to mention the service technician always used to reach out to me before and after his visit… hasn’t done that either.
