Recently Pest Friends merged with another Tucson pest company called Responsible Pest Control. There are a few minor changes, and the AI phone system can sometimes be a little off-putting, but the service is still top-notch! I had a great service from a very friendly tech who explained everything very clearly to me, took pictures, and went the extra mile to do a thorough inspection. I would definitely choose them again!

This is my first time using a pest control business and thankfully I chose this one! From the initial inspection I felt understood and listened by the tech- Alicia. The office staff is extremely caring and careful when communicating with you. I was very satisfied with Cristian who conducted the initial service at my house due to his ability to understand my concerns..he was calm and with a contagious smile.
