Martha WaltersWe recently moved here in a still-developing neighborhood and I was freaked out by all the scorpions. Scorpions are a new thing for us and I wasn't prepared for the anxiety they would cause me. Saw the wonderful google ratings for Pest Patrol so I called and they got us scheduled fast, within days. Our first tech came out in January 2025. It was Cameron and he was so kind to walk me through all the info about them which eased my mind and fears a little and gave some tips on where they are probably coming in. I was able to sleep better after that first visit. Cameron was fun to chat with as well and made the visit more personal which I like since I'm new to TX and also a chatterbox. Our second treatment was today and we had Kris. He was also very kind, personal and knowledgeable about scorpions/ants/spiders. He graciously answered my questions as we walked through the house. He also went above my expectations and sprayed a harvester ant hill outside and gave me some tips if we see them again. Both Cameron and Kris were very thorough and professional. The price for the treatment is also very reasonable in my opinion for all that they do during the treatment. They didn't rush either, which is very important to me. I got set up on the Quarterly plan and will probably stick with it since we're outside the city limits where there are more of these creepers around and with all the dirt being moved due to new houses being built. I def would recommend Pest Patrol!!!!
