Pet Circle Pharmacy

Worst experience with pet circle pharmacy my dog suffers from sensitive eyes I had a prescription for her eye ointment as my vet didn’t have any left with them at the local clinic. I ordered the eye ointment from pet circle pharmacy they mentioned on their website that they will dispatch the meds on uploading the prescription and they will obtain the original from the vet but this will not stop the order and delivery. I uploaded the prescription and no paid for express shipping as my dogs eye condition is very sensitive and there is still 6 months before she can have an eye surgery. Pet circle pharmacy after receiving the prescription and money it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received the medication. First they asked me to upload the prescription I did then I was asked for a photo which I sent then they asked twice for my vet to confirm which my vet did both times and then they asked me to post the prescription which I did also and now my dog is in pain I haven’t received medication my 3 local vets don’t have it in stock and even after a long discussion with the pet circle pharmacy yesterday and they said it will be posted and should come today Friday the 13th I still haven’t got it. Extremely disappointed and the experience is terrible. Will never recommend anyone. Online and web page information is misleading and after you pay for it your products don’t arrive in time. I’m very disappointed

Your service is terrible! We paid for the medicine twice with the emergency payment and you wake up 4 days later to tell us that the prescription had just expired and then the second time, after another 4 days, you write to us that the scanned prescription was no good and that you want the original copy, but then why don't you put the necessary condition of the original prescription on your website before accepting payment??? We are also talking about a medicine for dermatitis and certainly not for epilepsy and therefore you put categories and categories in which simpler medicines like mine, are also delivered with a scanned prescription! Do you think a person pays for the urgently service to be contacted by you after 4 damn days?? You sell medicine and not clothes and therefore you have to be fast and if the scanned copy is no good for you, contact the veterinary clinic and have it authenticated ! I work for a law firm and I know these dynamics well ! This is your job and not that a customer wastes time waiting for your slowness and has to take half a day off work to deal with your slow bullshit ! Do you know what urgency is??? If you pay for an urgency, the paid medicine must be delivered within 24 hours!!!!! However, on your site you have well set up your immediate ability to accept payment straight away !!!!!!!

First time buying online pet medication so was a bit hesitant but no hassles at all. So easy, quick and cheap. Only took 5 days. Thank you.
