sent me the wrong size. i showed the measurements and they asked if i wanted a replacement. i said yes. heard nothing for 2 weeks and i have emailed twice more with no reply. looks like they just dont care. take your money, but no responsibility.

Purchased a chicken coop a few months ago and recently assembled it. I haven't even moved chickens into it yet and there is already splitting in the wood and pre-assembled (glued?) pieces falling apart. They may sell other quality pet products, I wouldn't know, but absolutely avoid the chicken coops. Hoping their customer service response can redeem this experience somewhat but as they haven't answered my messages it's not looking promising.

I bought a 54” dog cage here. It’s excellent! I cannot find the same size cage at other places. Very good quality, suitable for my 36kg big dog.

Bought a chicken cage from here about a month ago and there were multiple things wrong with it. The instructions were wrong (pieces incorrectly labelled), the wire flooring didn’t fit, it was way too big to ever go in, the wooden edging to go on the roof was split, and the wheels do not attach as one of the wooden triangles to attach it with was cut totally wrong. I contacted the seller via their Facebook marketplace add and initially he relied saying to drive all the pieces back to return them, but as it is an hour drive away I asked for it to be posted or a partial refund. The seller just stopped replying. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying a cage from these guys, super cheaply made and not so cheaply priced, and poor customer service.
