A very weird store. All staff seems totally inexperienced. I asked for a home del of a certain item, and the staff asked me to go to an outlet with the actual item to place order?! I think PLC can forget about its branding, since from what I gathered from my experience, PLC seems to operate in silos and not as a chain. I just want to make payment and get my items delivered to my place, in this time and age, it seems PLC is not concerned in terms of customer experience and ease of use for their customers. Highly not recommended and a total waste of time. And to add on, one lady staff in black was handling my issue, while the male staff in red was just standing alongside, "waiting". There are customers in queue but they all waited, until I had to prompt them to start moving and not just wait on my case, serve others too. What is the ops director of PLC doing? *Edit to include the following: Dear owner, if you are serious in improving the customer experience, you can look through your cctv/ cross check my facts above, and make the neccessary improvements, instead of patronizing with a copy paste reply and getting us to go through more forms. Do what you will.

Totally useless customer service and even more useless membership system.

i felt very upset. Yesterday I specially make a call to this outlet to checked on the availabilty for SOLID GOLD KATZ-N-FLOCKEN - LAMB & BARLEY 4lbs and when told that it was available and was the last packet, I immediately informed the staff who picked up my call can help me reserve, the staff said ok and I also left down my name and contact number. I also did informed the staff that will arrange to go down to purchase within this week, yet when we specially make a trip go down to the outlet today then was being informed that the item was sold out on yesterday. But on my side I did not receive any call from them that the item was sold out. If cannot reserve or the item sold out should the staff make a call to inform? Like that we wouldn't specially make our trip down. This case lead me feel that the staff have insufficient sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
