Pet Lovers Centre - The Seletar Mall

Really great all round. I visited their store at Dempsey, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and the store has an amazing vibe. Their customer service (with special thanks to Eliza) is exceptional good - I gave them a call looking for something, they confirmed it was available at the physical store and they informed me promptly with a callback. The place is dog friendly, so we'll be bringing our dog over sometime to choose his own toys.

Great looking pet shop but I didn't like that the price i saw was the members price and the tiny one next to it was the real price. How do I know what their price jargon means. If I knew I wouldn't have bought so much - but of course you only discover at the till when it is time to pay. Not really a fan of these misleading tactics
