Raychel came to my home to pet sit my cat, George, daily for 5 days. She did an incredible job and I’m so happy with the service. When she arrived at my home she checked in on the app, so I could see in real time when she arrived. She fed him, played with him, and cleaned his litter. At the end of every visit she sent an update in the app with multiple pictures. I could also reply to the update with any questions I had, and she would respond to me promptly. I also appreciated that she came to my home for an in-person consultation before I went away, and they were very flexible with the dates and timing of the visits. Shannon not only took excellent care of my two cats—fed and cleaned up after them, played with them—but she kept a close watch on our house and let me know right away about any problems. She kept me updated daily on how the cats were doing and I felt completely comfortable that they were healthy and happy. I can’t say enough good things about Pet Parade Plus and would use Shannon again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend 👍

Always an extremely positive experience! I have to travel for work on occasion and get quite anxious leaving my cat Bruce by himself, but I feel a comfort knowing he’s in good hands with Shannon. I feel she really cares about him and takes the time to get to know his personality and what he likes. The visit updates are my favourite and I’m always very excited to see his photo and read about how he is doing! I will continue to use pet parade plus for as long as Bruce and I live in Kingston :)
