Parker Pet Care is like Disney for my pets. So magical! ♥️♥️♥️ Teddy is 12 years old and hasn’t had much experience in daycare and the staff immediately figured out what he needed (lots of love and dogs his own size) and they gave it to him! He loved running in the sprinkler on the hot day! ♥️♥️♥️

⭐️ DO NOT LET YOUR PET STAY HERE My fully vaccinated dog has stayed at Parkers three separate times, and each time he returned home with kennel cough—resulting in costly vet visits and weeks of recovery. When I informed the owner, there was absolutely no accountability or empathy shown. Based on our repeated experience, I cannot trust this facility with my pet’s safety. We will never return, and I strongly urge other pet owners to reconsider before leaving their loved one in an environment that has proven unsafe and unapologetic.

Amazing experience at Parker Pet Care North York from booking, drop off, communication and pick up. Our vet recommended for our two cats, one of which suffers from anxiety and needs medication. I could tell when I saw their space that our cats would be fine during our vacation. They stayed 10 days. We picked them up today and they are doing great. Super friendly staff and great facilities for kitties and dogs. Also ran into other pet owners in reception that confirmed they’re regular clients and very happy after many failed attempts in other places. Highly recommend.
