She was never impatient with me. She sent me videos to help me research and make the best decisions for my specific needs. When we got to a topic she felt another representative was better qualified to help she got me in touch with them, even to the point of sending pictures of one of our dogs coat to best answer my questions! I will never buy from another company. They are very forthcoming on things they will and won’t take as returns, even on the website. They are also an approved sharpening and repair facility for most clippers. They sell quality products at reasonable prices. What more can you ask of a company?!?!?!
