I had the absolute most lovely customer service and chat today with Mel. She spoke with me about the beautiful kitties and while I was paying she showed me another litter in the brand that is apparently amazing. I decided I would buy it next time as it was sold out but she had the best energy and honestly just made my day talking about the pigeons that kept trying to come in and everything else. What a wonderful person!

Always friendly staff who go out of their way to help out and answer questions you may have only downfall is this branch doesn’t stock the full range of Prime 100 and I have to go to currambine store for some items, which is very inconvenient Please stock the full range of Prime 100 please
